    Presentation Overview:

Comprehensive wellbeing strategies and supportive workplace culture are of paramount importance to thriving organizations. There is a paradigm shift from traditional programs focused on achieving health care savings to a holistic strategy aimed at attracting and retaining great employees, providing great benefits, and achieving organizational goals in a competitive market. In this session, we will explore these new strategies and learn how to achieve value on your investment and optimal engagement.

When employees are engaged in their workplace initiatives, research shows they’re more satisfied, healthier and productive. Organizations who are successful have employees that are three and a half times more likely to significantly outperform their industry peers.
