What to expect in Employee Benefits in 2018 and beyond

    Description:

Join us for an employee benefits compliance review and explore what’s down the road in 2018 and beyond. Receive tips on asking the right compliance questions of vendors who offer assistance. Learn what it takes to safely navigate federal and state regulations for full compliance.

    Workplace Application:

Compliance obligations for today’s employers are overwhelming. Unfortunately, too many employers have responded with a “wait and see” approach toward compliance. Considering the volume and volatility of proposed legislative changes, the attitude is understandable – but could prove costly. Confusion and delay is a recipe for disaster, resulting in compliance penalties and even loss of coverage for employees.

Liliana’s presentation will help plan sponsors and employers take a much-needed deep breath. By reviewing the past year, Liliana will guide attendees to the present to determine where they are now in terms of their employee benefits compliance. A review of what’s trending will help attendees develop long-term strategy for the future to stay ahead of the compliance curve.
