    Creating Inclusion to Unleash Potential

How can you unleash the full potential of your organization's talent to succeed today and tomorrow? Research shows that building a diverse workforce and a culture of inclusion and belonging is one of the most effective strategies to drive performance and success. In this discussion, we'll explore what it takes to shape and sustain an inclusive culture and where HR can play an integral role. We'll raise awareness about the impact of our individual mindsets and behaviors on inclusion and identify practical ways to boost belonging and tap each person's full potential. We’ll close by helping you chart your organization’s progress on its DE&I journey and by highlighting some practical next steps to accelerate progress.

    Learning outcomes are as follows:

    • Understand 5 pillars that are key for creating inclusive culture
    • Build awareness of mindsets and behaviors that foster inclusion
    • Understand your natural leadership style, its impact on others, and practical ways you can build inclusion and belonging
    • Pinpoint the evolution of your organization's DE&I journey and where you and HR can make a difference
