    Who We Are

    UAF Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is a nationally affiliated student organization for college students. Our membership is open to all undergraduate and graduate students in all majors who are interested in human resources.

     

    Our Mission

    To advance the knowledge, skills and abilities of University of Alaska Fairbanks SHRM Student Chapter members by providing essential resources through education, networking, career guidance, and human resource activities. 


Who We Are

UAS Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is a nationally affiliated student organization for college students. Our chapter was chartered in May 2016.  Our membership is open to all undergraduate and graduate students in all majors who are interested in human resources.

Our Mission

To advance the knowledge, skills and abilities of University of Alaska Southeasts' SHRM Student Chapter members by providing essential resources through education, networking, career guidance, and human resource activities. 

What We Do

We are a virtual Chapter, this means we meet via teleconference or video chat. Additionally, as a chapter we network with local HR professionals in a variety of settings.

Chapter Mission Statement

To advance the knowledge, skills and abilities of Wayland Baptist University, Anchorage Student Chapter of SHRM members by providing essential resources through education, networking, career guidance, and HR activities.


The Anchorage Campus Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is a student-lead organization dedicated to the professional development of students pursuing careers with human resource management, business administration, and organizational management.

The Student Chapter meets once a month to gain career exposure and network within Human Resource (HR) professionals. Additionally, the Chapter members plan and conduct campus student professional development seminars and community support activities. The Anchorage SHRM sponsors the Student Chapter, and the Student Chapter is affiliated with the national Society for Human Resource Management. Student members participate in activities on and off campus and learn from active HR professionals the career field of Human Resource Management.
