HRCI's Perspective - Changes in Human Resource Certification Join us for this webinar to learn directly from HRCI what is going on in HR Certification. Linda K. Anguish, SPHR, GPHR, was the first certified HR professional to be employed by the HR Certification Institute in 2004. As Director of Certification Products, her team is responsible for the development of all of HRCI’s certification examinations and related products. She previously served in the position of HR Content Manager where she managed the recruitment, facilitation and retention of seven individual panels of Subject Matter Experts. Prior to joining HRCI, Ms. Anguish was employed by the Society for Human Resource Management as a Knowledge Advisor for four years, and she has held HR management positions in both the private and public sectors for more than 15 years. She has taught undergraduate HR management courses at Wilmington University, and holds a Master’s degree in HR Management from Wilmington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mercy College. Ms. Anguish has been certified as an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) since 1997 and attained her GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) during the inaugural administration of the exam in 2004. She is a frequent speaker on certification topics at conferences sponsored by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE), the Association of Test Publishers (ATP) and many HR-related organizations. She is the current Chair of the Program Committee for the 2015 ICE Exchange and serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Certification Network Group.
