For over 25 years, Barbara has facilitated mission-critical change management initiatives, coached executives, trained leaders at all levels, and certified change agents - achieving bottom-line business and powerful leadership results for clients. Her Change Intelligence Certification Program is approved for CEUs by the HRCI (and also PMI and ACMP).
