Louis Christie, SPHR - Risk Management for Trainers

Lou Christie, formerly of Alaska and now of Texas,  visits to present Risk Management for Trainers. Ever thought of what could go wrong? From tripping over cords to having a guest presenter tell an off-color joke, the training milieu is far from risk-free!

Prepare your questions and assess your situation, then come network with others on workplace training risk management. Lou presents with a 'hands-on' approach - plan to address issues found in your own training rooms!

    Objectives:

At the end of this seminar, the participant will be able to:

    1.  Assess the training environment for sources of potential risk

    2.  Outline a process for determining which sources of risk can and should be decreased or eliminated

    3.  Determine whether polices and procedures are sufficient for reducing, mitigating, and responding to risk(s)
