We will take a deep dive into the Adverse Action Process. Attendees will gain full knowledge of this often misunderstood area of the FCRA including Pre-Adverse action notices, the individualized assessment, and how the EEOC plays into the process. Attendees should feel confident afterwards in creating your own compliant processes and procedures.
