HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®) has added new categories to your recertification process. That’s good news for a busy HR professional such as you! The change provides greater flexibility to earn credits to maintain your SPHR/GPHR® certification. Right away, you can earn up to 30 credit hours for self-directed learning. Get HRCI recertification credits for:
- Participating in a pre-approved book club. You can earn 3-4 credits per book submitted by a book club through the pre-approval process.
- Watching or listening to videos, DVDs, interactive CDs, audio tapes or podcasts. You’re credits will be awarded on an hour-for-hour basis.
- Being mentored or coached. You may also earn these credits on an hour-for-hour basis.
